Welcome to One Heart Ceremonies (formerly known as Personalized Ceremonies by Norma Moutal). We are Norma Moutal and Mark Giller, two caring, consummate Wedding Officiators, Ordained Interfaith Ministers and ceremony consultants. We work very closely to establish a warm, open and friendly relationship with each couple, paying careful attention to every detail.

One Heart Ceremonies specializes in creating individualized, meaningful and romantic ceremonies. Our desire is to fulfill your dreams to become "one heart" as you begin your married life together. We write and perform non-denominational, same faith (Jewish or Christian), interfaith and intercultural weddings, elopements and same sex commitment ceremonies. Since each ceremony is customized for you, we include only as much spirituality, religion or tradition as you desire. We send letters of introduction and a specific outline to each wedding facility prior to the ceremony. Your every wish is carefully noted, honored and communicated.

We acknowledge and honor all faiths, practices and traditions, creating beautiful customized ceremonies for all life's celebrations and transitions. The tasteful creation of each ceremony calls upon our combined twenty-five years of experience, education and training. Our studies of world religions, comparative theology, psychology and human relations provide us with a solid foundation and inspiration. Previous experience in banquet management and wedding consulting enhances our ability to coach our clients to anticipate the joys and stresses that occur as they prepare for their special day.

Our expertise in dealing with all life transitions includes marital and individual counseling and creating personalized funerals, memorials, unveilings, baby blessing and baby naming ceremonies. We also write and perform commitment and civil union ceremonies, anniversaries, and vow renewals.

Located in Rockland County and New York City, we service the entire tri-state region including the Hudson Valley and travel to other locations, states and destinations.
